Site Carpentry Diploma Level 3
If you want to excel and make it to the top of the carpentry trade, then this is the course for you. It will give you all of the technical skills you need to be a successful carpenter or joiner, as well as the wider knowledge you need to work in more senior construction roles.
This qualification is a natural progression from the Site Carpentry Level 2 Diploma, and will further develop your skills and knowledge so that you can work at an advanced level in the construction industry. You will also be prepared for higher-level qualifications that could enable you to qualify as a team leader or a manager within the construction industry. This is still a practical course, though. You’ll be training in our specialist workshops, using industry-standard tools and getting experience with the most advanced techniques in the carpentry trade.
Assessment for this course is by practical assignment and multiple-choice tests, and upon completion you could progress into employment or consider applying for the foundation degree in Sustainable Construction and the Built Environment at University Centre South Devon.
