Silver Jewellery Continuation – Different Ways to Set Stones

This course is designed for learners who have already done a jewellery course and who want to learn about different setting techniques. It is also suitable for improvers who want to continue with their own projects using the skills they have already acquired with the support of the tutor. Learners need to be confident at soldering and will learn how to make basic claw settings and how to set faceted stones, along with how to set irregular stones.

What will I learn?

“I chose to study the Foundation in Art and Design course and specialised in Photography. College gives you a lot more freedom, the lessons are structured more professionally which gives you an idea of what it will be like at university. I would really recommend this course if you want to grow as a designer."Alfie Reddy
