Are you thinking of returning to education? Are you interested in a career in the social sciences?
Return to Learn is a supportive course for adults that will build your confidence and provide a great foundation for further study, and may be suited to those who have been out of education or who need to undertake their maths or English GCSE. This course is suited to individuals who may not be at the level required to study an Access to Higher Education Diploma.
Return to Learn is an eight month Level 2 course that will build your knowledge and skills in social science and allow you to progress onto the next stage of your education.
You will study five units related to social science and social work.
There is also the opportunity to study either Maths or English GCSE alongside the course (starting in January). The course is designed to help you develop essential and transferable skills that will enable you to progress, and succeed in, further learning. “I really enjoyed studying Health and Social Care. You're treated as an adult at the College and the tutors get to know you on a personal level, they are really supportive and their knowledge is invaluable. I felt as though I grew as a person during my time there, which is so important."Caitlyn Crofts
