Return to Learn Health and Social Sciences

If you have been out of education for a while and wish to get back into studying South Devon College are running a Return to Learn course. It is a one year level 2 Diploma which is a two day course running on a Thursday and Friday, it includes additional study support and a choice of undertaking GCSE maths and or English as well. It is a helpful route into further and higher education. The course will give you the opportunity to develop your knowledge and understanding of a range of subjects related to health and social sciences. You will receive support in the development of assignments and receive developmental feedback on assessed work. Within the units you will learn computer skills, creating and presenting a power point presentation, improving your note taking and academic writing. On completion of the course you will a get a Level 2 Progression Diploma, this would be a perfect pathway onto a *free Access to Higher Education Level 3 Diploma (or another level 3 course).

*The Access to Higher Education is a direct pathway to university which is free if you complete your degree.
