"I have always been interested in architecture and the built environment, and was looking for ways to get into the industry. I spoke to a local architecture firm, who recommended one of the courses at University Centre South Devon, and said it would be an excellent way of developing the skills need to gain employment. After securing a job in the construction industry, I now study on my course on a part-time basis so that it fits around my work. I'm planning on progressing in my current role and moving forward in education by completing a top-up year after I finish my studies."Alberto Aversano
