Pottery for All

This course is designed for students with little or no prior experienced of pottery. Students will be introduced to some basic clay formation techniques (including an opportunity to use the potter’s wheel on the Brixham course) and some decorative techniques including an introduction to earthenware and stoneware glazes. Students will also learn how to make their idea’s come to life namely pinching, coiling and using plaster moulds. All materials are supplied but finished items will be charged at a rate of £5 per 500g.
