Pearson Edexcel Award in Understanding the Principles and Practices of Assessment (Online) Level 3
This is a knowledge based qualification that aims to develop your understanding of the principles and practices of assessment in general and related to your area of practice. You will access eight small learning activities and assessments using our online learning platform Moodle.
This qualification can be used as evidence in further competency based qualifications such as; Pearson Edexcel Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment, Pearson Edexcel Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement a, Pearson Edexcel Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement and Pearson Edexcel Level 3 Award in Education and Training.
Once you have enrolled and been sent your login information for this programme you will have a maximum 6 weeks to complete. There is a recommendation of 24 guided learning hours on this programme. Please allow up to 1 week for your account to be activated and for your login details to be sent.
Please note that this specific course is ‘full cost’, meaning that it is not eligible for tuition fee or bursary support. The course fees are to be paid by the student. Depending on the duration of the course, the fees may be eligible to be split over a monthly Direct Debit plan (a Direct Debit fee of £15 would apply).
