The intent of this one-day training course is to equip you with practical knowledge, techniques, and understanding on how to develop a positive and supportive mindset towards the potential challenges associated with menopause.
Understanding the biology of the menopause and the physical, psychological and cogitive symptoms will help you be supportive to individuals and the issues they may face in the workplace.
Course Details
- No formal entry criteria but it is advisable that applicants should be in a supervisory position.
The biology of the menopause - exploring the statistics and stages of the menopause
Physical, psychological and cogitive symptoms of the menopause and their impacts
Issues that individuals experiencing menopause may face in the workplace
Overcoming menopausal challenges in the workplace
Mindful menopause for the organisation and support that can be provided
Supporting the organisation to address and overcome possible stigmas attached

This course costs: £150.00
