Management and Administration: Business Support T Level
The T Level in Management and Administration is a two-year course that will enable you to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to progress into employment, or higher-level study or training in the Management and Administration sector.
Your core knowledge and understanding will be assessed through examinations and your core skills assessed through a practical employer-set project. In addition to this, maths, English and general digital skills will be integrated within the qualification in occupationally relevant contexts.
As part of this course, you will undertake a placement in a local business which will give you the opportunity to gain real industry experience and learn skills you will only get from being in a working environment.

T Level qualifications are equivalent to studying 3 A Levels and carry UCAS points, so you would have the opportunity progress to a university degree
- You should have a genuine interest in this subject
- You will need to have achieved a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 5 or above, including English Language and Maths
Business context – an overview of organisational cultures and values, different types of internal and external stakeholder, different forms of governance and the impact of organisations on society and the environment
Project and change management – an understanding of the common change management theories and models and how to support and improve projects
Business behaviours – the importance of good communication and adapting social communication styles to professional standards and according to purpose, medium and audience
Quality and compliance – the importance of maintaining and improving quality in all aspects of public and private sector organisations
