Management

As a Management apprentice at South Devon College you will gain a vital qualification that will help you succeed in a managerial role and develop your existing management skills and knowledge. You will be expected to have some prior experience in a managerial or team leader role. You will learn to plan, allocate and monitor the work of a team, support team members, manage conflict, resolve problems, project manage, agree budgets and manage customer service. Good managers are essential to the success of any business, so the skills gained on this apprenticeship are transferable and valuable across all industries.
