Let’s Cook – Cooking on a Budget Level 2
The course is for adults aged 19+ who would like to develop cooking skills and learn to cook healthy, tasty meals on a budget. On this course, you will learn how to create delicious, low-cost meals, which could include chilli, curry and soups or desserts – and how to utilise leftovers. These meals could easily be adapted to include vegetarian dishes if necessary.
The course will also cover nutrition and tips for smarter shopping. All ingredients will be provided and be available before each session, so that you have all resources for each session for us all to cook together.
Applicants need to ensure that they have suitable clothing and footwear on the first day of attendance and on subsequent lessons. Chef professional uniform can be provided with the costs met by the applicant. Please request this information on application.

If the amount shown is more than £0.00 and you are aged 19 and over at the start of the course, you may have options to help fund your studies with us. The funding you can receive depends on your personal circumstances, and could mean you are entitled to fully subsidised or reduced tuition fees.
This course is fully funded for 16-18 year olds (if applicable to the course).
