- You must be aged 19+ before the beginning of the academic year and lived in the EU for 3 years. For suitability, you must be working at, or have already achieved a Level 1 qualification in IT.
The qualification covers 4 subject areas:
Improving productivity using IT
Word Processing Software
Presentation Software
Spreadsheet Software
