IT User Skills Level 2
This 11-week course offers a breadth and depth of study, incorporating a key core of knowledge, and provides opportunities to acquire a number of practical and technical skills, taught by experienced tutors in a fun and supportive learning environment.

- You must be aged 19+ before the beginning of the academic year and lived in the EU for 3 years. For suitability, you must be working at, or have already achieved a Level 1 qualification in IT.

Improving productivity using IT
Word Processing Software
