Instructing Pilates

This course would be the perfect choice if you want to learn how to programme and deliver Pilates sessions as well as develop your knowledge and understanding of anatomy and physiology.

You require a recognised level 2 Exercise to Music qualification or the level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga. If you do not already hold the level 3 Anatomy & Physiology qualification, then this can be built into the course. You can discuss this option at your interview.

Learners will cover:

1.Understand anatomy and physiology for exercise and health
2.How to programme a Pilates teaching session
3.How to deliver a Pilates teaching session
