Healthy Cooking on a Budget

This course is perfect if you would like to learn how to cook healthy, affordable meals. You will learn how to prepare fresh chicken, and create a range of dishes using basic ingredients.

The Healthy Cooking on a Budget course is suitable if you have limited cookery skills.

You will need to ensure that you wear appropriate clothing for a professional kitchen environment, including a long-sleeved top, trousers and sturdy closed toe footwear. All ingredients will be provided.

Please note this course is for 19+ students only.

If you are aged 19 and over you may have options to help fund your studies with us. The funding you can receive depends on your personal circumstances, and could mean you are entitled to free or reduced course fees. You may also be entitled to support with travel, childcare and equipment.
