Health and Safety in Catering

This full one day course is for those who have entered or are about to enter industry and is assessed by an end of day multi-choice exam. The course gives you an awareness of health and safety and how it affects your daily work role. The course programme covers slips and trips, health and safety law, hazardous substances, personal protective equipment, risk assessments, fire safety, first aid, work equipment, electricity, manual handling and occupational health.
