Flower Arranging for Mindfulness

This is a fun, relaxed course where you will make five different styles of flower arrangement suitable to decorate your home or give as gifts using the best of the season’s flowers and foliage.

With a theme of mindfulness and meditation, we learn how flower arranging can help relax your mind and each week will try out some different mindfulness ideas.

You will learn how to cut and condition flowers and how to construct or secure your floral mechanics. You will then be taught different styles and techniques that are used in today’s flower arranging environments.

You will create a different design each week to take home.
