Recreational Course: Flex and Tone

This course is designed for anyone who wishes to keep muscles toned and the body stretched and supple and enjoys the company of like-minded individuals and a friendly working environment.

You will learn routines that fit to music and provide stretching exercises for the body and toning for the different muscle groups. All parts of the body will be used in each session. Mat work will be an optional activity on this course – alternative exercises can be suggested for any learner not wishing to work on the floor.

The tutor aims to make you more aware of their own body, the importance of good posture and how simple exercises carried out effectively can help to keep you toned and shapely. At the end of the course you should feel fitter, more toned, have better posture and improved muscle strength.
