Principles of Management and Leadership

This course is an excellent opportunity if you are a practising or aspiring team leader, supervisor or manager who has operational responsibility for a defined area of activity. The qualification will provide you with the communication and motivational skills to help improve operational efficiency in your workplace, as well as helping you to become an effective leader or manager.

You will learn through formal tuition with some practical tasks and workshop sessions. To demonstrate the skills you have developed during your training, you will be assessed through eight assignments of approximately 2000 words each. You will be required to complete your studies by working on your assignments at home.
