First Line Management

Chartered Management Institute (CMI) provides an excellent opportunity for supervisors or first line managers who have operation responsibility for a defined area of activity; this qualification gives existing and aspirational managers the communication and motivational skills to help improve operational efficiency.

Our Level 3 Diploma in First Line Management gives you all the key skills and competencies you’ll need to become an effective first line manager. During the course you will cover units including personal development as a manager, resource planning, identifying development opportunities, meeting stakeholder needs, managing and communicating information and improving team performance.

We have a range of start dates available, six units are required to be completed for the diploma qualification.
