CMI Principles of Management and Leadership Diploma

Chartered Management Institute (CMI) provides an excellent opportunity for supervisors or first line managers who have operation responsibility for a defined area of activity; this qualification gives existing and aspirational managers the communication and motivational skills to help improve operational efficiency. This course is an excellent opportunity if you are a practising or aspiring team leader, supervisor or manager who has operational responsibility for a defined area of activity. The qualification will provide you with the communication and motivational skills to help improve operational efficiency in your workplace, as well as helping you to become an effective leader or manager.You will learn through formal tuition with some practical tasks and workshop sessions. To demonstrate the skills you have developed during your training, you will be assessed through eight assignments of approximately 2000 words each. You will be required to complete your studies by working on your assignments at home.If you are aged 19 and over you may have options to help fund your studies with us. The funding you can receive depends on your personal circumstances, and could mean you are entitled to free or reduced course fees. You may also be entitled to support with travel, childcare and equipment.
