The Level 2 Exercise to Music certificate is the practical element for the full qualifications to become an Exercise to Music Instructor (prerequisite is the level 2 Fitness Instructor Theory qualification). To qualify for this Exercise to Music Instructor qualification, it is required that you pass the level 2 Fitness Instructor Theory Mandatory Units.You will learn through a mixture of practical and theory workshops taught by a team of highly qualified, professional and experienced teachers, trainers and assessors. On completion you will be able to work as a freelance self-employed instructor or at a health, leisure and fitness centre.

1. How to plan and teach safe and effective exercise to music sessions
2. The principles of training
3. How to adapt exercise to suit varied fitness levels
4. How to use a range of teaching skills
5. The body’s systems and its response to exercise
6. Health and safety factors
7. How to motivate and support clients.
