Excel 2010 Part 6 Data Analysis Certificate (Short Course)

The skills and knowledge acquired on this course are sufficient to be able to use and operate the software at a competent level, and is designed for users who are keen to extend the use of the software.

You will learn how to use processes available in Excel to analyse data to provide statistics, subtotals and other useful information.

  • Using Maths functions including rounding, PRODUCT, SUMIF

  • Using statistical functions including COUNTIF

  • Generate random numbers to test functions

  • Summarising data using subtotals

  • Using Pivot Tables to generate and collate totals

  • Creating a macro to insert text
