Excel 2010 Part 4 Presenting Data

The skills and knowledge acquired in this course are sufficient to be able to use and operate the software at a progressive level and is designed for users who are keen to extend the use of the software.

You will learn how to format and work with tables, create lists by sorting and filtering data as well as adding/removing data and comments. Presentation formats will also be covered including conditional formatting and chart insertion.

By the end of the session you will be able to:
• Apply and amend table formats
• Sort, filter and amend data to single and multiple sheets
• Navigate sheets using keyboard shortcuts
• Apply conditional formatting to tables
• Insert a variety of charts using adjacent and non-adjacent data ranges
• Add comments to cells
• Insert hyperlinks
