This qualification focuses on direct chair-side work and support during a range of dental treatments. It encompasses the underpinning ethics, professionalism, teamwork and communication required to work as a Dental Nurse. You will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, the course is 2 years and you will need a placement within a dental practice to enrol onto this qualification. You can progress your career with a wide range of career paths including:

• Teaching dental nursing
• Dental practice management
