Cutting and Styling Services

You will attend Practical and Theory sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in Consultation, Cutting, Styling and Plaiting. There will be a final end knowledge exam for the theory and a final graded end practical assessment to ensure you meet the standard required to gain the Certificate. You will attend a work placement (organised by yourself) at least 1 day a week to further your employability skills. During your time on the course you will participate in the End of Year Hair and Beauty Showcase and a variety of workshops and seminars.

If you have not achieved a C grade in English or Maths (or L2 Functional skills in either) you will attend lessons to further these necessary core subjects.
