The F4 Unit in Corporate and Business Law is an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Fundamental Level paper, which will develop your knowledge and understanding of the general legal framework. It focuses on specific legal areas relating to business and recognising the need to seek further specialist legal advice, where necessary.
The topics you will study include the law of obligations, the law relating to employment relationships, types of capital and the financing of companies, corporate governance issues and the legal implications for companies in difficulty or crisis.
All of our Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) units are delivered at the Professional Centre in Heathfield, Newton Abbot, and entry to this course is through tutor interview, and requires relevant prior qualifications and work experience.
