Cooking with Seafood (Short Course)

We strongly believe that here in the West Country we have the best seafood in the world. Cooking with Seafood is a one day course and a celebration of the fresh, locally sourced produce we have on our doorstep.

On this one day course you will learn; the secrets to selecting the freshest fish and recognising the different varieties, how to prepare fish including gutting, filleting and skinning, how to cook fish using a variety of methods, presenting balanced, delicious and attractive dishes and cooking recipes featuring Asian and Mediterranean flavours.

Once you have completed the course, you will have learnt a lifelong skill which will have a positive impact on your life and diet.
