Cooking with Seafood

We strongly believe that here in the West Country we have the best seafood in the world. Cooking with Seafood is a one day course and a celebration of the fresh, locally sourced produce we have on our doorstep.

On this one day course you will learn:
– The secrets to selecting the freshest fish and recognise the different varieties
– How to prepare fish including gutting, filleting and skinning
– How to cook fish using a variety of methods
– Present balanced, delicious and attractive dishes
– You will also cook recipes featuring Asian and Mediterranean flavours

Once you have completed the course, you will have learnt a lifelong skill which will have a positive impact on your life and diet.
