Computing (Hardware and Systems) BTEC Diploma Level 3

This course provides advanced knowledge of computer hardware and network systems, enabling you to excel in the computing industry.

The course is designed as a progression route from Computing Level 2 as well as those who are new to computing. You will learn how to implement and manage networks, whilst gaining knowledge of Cisco systems and virtualised servers. You will study the principles of programming, enabling you to develop automated systems with the Raspberry Pi and mbed microprocessors as well as exploring the world of cyber security.

This course is designed for natural progression to a degree.
If you are aged 19 and over you may have options to help fund your studies with us. The funding you can receive depends on your personal circumstances, and could mean you are entitled to free or reduced course fees. You may also be entitled to support with travel, childcare and equipment.
