Community and Coaching Traineeship Level 2/3

This traineeship is for Level 2 or 3 students who are 18 or over and are looking to develop employability skills.

You must have aspirations of becoming a coach or fitness instructor. You will work on developing your coaching skills and techniques, alongside having the opportunity to gain specific professional qualifications e.g YMCA Gym Instructor.

You will study one day a week in College, and then spend 10-12 hours a week gaining work related experience  for a partner organisation in the community.

You will also have the opportunity to be part of one of our outstanding sports development programmes, such as the Pro:Direct Football Academy.

This course costs: £40.00

This course is fully funded for 16-18 year olds (if applicable).

If you are aged 19 and over at the start of the course, you may have options to help fund your studies with us. The funding you can receive depends on your personal circumstances, and could mean you are entitled to fully subsidised or reduced tuition fees.

You may also be entitled to support with travel, childcare and equipment.
