The CMI Level 3 in Coaching and Mentoring Diploma provides knowledge and skills required to coach or mentor in the workplace, or in a similar environment.
You might be a team leader, supervisor, or manager, or you might be a voluntary worker or simply have an interest in supporting others and helping them to make decisions.
There is also a top up course available to those whom have already achieved the certificate in coaching and mentoring at level 3 and wish to continue to achieve a full diploma.
"When I attended an Open Evening at the University Centre South Devon I was initially unsure which direction I wanted to take. When I spoke to a tutor about my goals, strengths and weaknesses, they guided me to a degree in business and management and I never looked back."Charlotte McGowan
