This course is designed for anyone wishing to undertake a coaching or mentoring role in a work or learning environment. The Coaching and Mentoring Diploma will enable you to support others in developing their knowledge, skills and behaviours as well as enabling them to achieve their full potential.
Each session will combine theory and practice to allow you to develop your skills, selecting from a range of different coaching and mentoring models. You will also learn the benefits and impact of coaching and mentoring for individuals, teams and organisations with respect to improving performance and developing future talent. You will be assessed through assignments in which you will be able to explain how you apply coaching and mentoring to your role.
You will be able to make use of a wealth of useful resources on coaching and mentoring topics.
If you are aged 19 and over you may have options to help fund your studies with us. The funding you can receive depends on your personal circumstances, and could mean you are entitled to free or reduced course fees. You may also be entitled to support with travel, childcare and equipment.
