CMI Project Management Award (Online) Level 3
This qualification is designed to meet the needs of managers responsible for projects and wish to extend their skills and knowledge to embrace further project management disciplines. It is expected that you will already be working in a project management environment, although the qualification is also open to anyone wishing to build on their general management skills.
This course is delivered via MS Teams by a course tutor. You will be required to participate in group discussions and peer 1:1 mentoring via breakout rooms, as well as completing individual work/study.
You will also be required to develop the work covered in the MS Teams class in your own time and practice between sessions.
The course contains one unit which you will be required to complete – ‘Introduction to Project Management’. This unit is about the nature and context of projects, individual roles and responsibilities within projects, and a project management process. The assessment method will be a written assignment.
If you are aged 19 and over at the start of the course, you may have options to help fund your studies with us. The funding you can receive depends on your personal circumstances, and could mean you are entitled to fully subsidised or reduced tuition fees.
