CMI Coaching and Mentoring Certificate Level 3
This course is designed for anyone wishing to undertake a coaching or mentoring role in a work or learning environment. The Coaching and Mentoring Certificate will enable you to support others in developing their knowledge, skills and behaviours as well as enabling them to achieve their full potential.
Each session will combine theory and practice to allow you to develop your skills, selecting from a range of different coaching and mentoring models. You will also learn the benefits and impact of coaching and mentoring for individuals, teams and organisations with respect to improving performance and developing future talent.
You will be assessed through assignments in which you will be able to explain how you apply coaching and mentoring to your role. You will be able to make use of a wealth of useful resources on coaching and mentoring topics.
- You will be required to have achieved English at Level 2
- You should have a genuine interest in this subject
