Chartered Manager is the highest status that can be achieved in the management profession. Awarded only by the CMI, this qualification is recognised and valued across all sectors. Developed for senior managers who have a proven track record in delivering results and who hold a relevant qualification, Chartered Manager exemption route cements those achievements. The workshop addresses the application form requirements to achieve Chartered Status.
You will learn by informal tuition during a tutorial workshop, where the application form requirements are broken down with examples. You will be required to work towards completion of the application form during the workshop session.
Your application form will be formally assessed by a Chartered Manager Assessor, who will feed back to you on the suitability of the detail included in your application. This will then be forwarded to the CMI for formal assessment and approval. When approved, the CMI will award either Chartered Membership or Chartered Fellowship of the Institute.
Your CMI Chartered Membership and status will be dependent on you renewing this annually, on an individual basis with the CMI. You may also be selected individually, by the CMI, to provide evidence of CPD to maintain your chartered status.
The Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship gave me the opportunity to meet other leaders from the local area and widen my experience and network. The course gave me an all round management qualification, allowing me to widen my strategic thinking and develop my staff. Mark Andrews
