Course Details
- You will be required to have achieved English at Level 2
- You will need to have achieved a level 3 qualification
- You should have a genuine interest in this subject
This qualification consists of three core units, three specialist units and one optional unit.
Core units:
Organisational performanceand culture in practice
Evidence-based practise
Professional behavioursand valuing people.
Specialist units:
Employment relationshipmanagement
Talent managementand workplace planning
Reward for performanceand contribution.
Optional units:
Specialist employment law
You will learn through a range of presentations, group discussions and activities including role play.
You will be assessed through practical and written assignments, in which you will be able to explain how you apply HR management practices in the workplace.
