Bread Making Masterclass Level 2
In this one-day masterclass, you’ll learn to bake a range of artisan breads from our industry expert baker.
Learn from the best on how to make a french baguette, a quick sourdough, seeded roasted malt loaf and an original focaccia.
All equipment and ingredients will be included for the course, but you will need to bring suitable chef clothing/apron and shoes.
- You must be over 19, working or have worked in industry, and have a keen interest in developing bread making skills

Making of sourdough fast version
Making of seeded roasted malt loaf
Making of original focaccia
If time allows, a surprise bake if the ingredients are on site (french beignet, deep fried)
