This is a fantastic course for those who have always wanted to learn Ballroom and Latin American dancing. Perhaps you have watched the TV programmes and wished you could learn to dance? Or you have learned some basic steps and have not danced for years? Why not come along and learn something joyful and active that does not involve sitting in a classroom.
Not only is this course active, it is good exercise, good fun, friendly and informal!

"There were many memorable moments on the course, my favourite being when a course mate and I organised a trip to the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES) Sports Science Conference at Portsmouth University, which was really valuable. The course provides both theoretical and practical knowledge, making it excellent preparation for a career, whether that's in sports or in any other field."Alec Phillips
