Art, Design and Media Certificate

If you love art and design, if you’re always making things, then this is the perfect course for you.

It will give you an introduction to art and media, as you learn techniques with different materials and new ways of doing things. It’s a mix of classroom study and hands-on practical work, so you’ll get plenty of chances to put what you learn into practice.

This course is part of our Supported Learning Opportunities curriculum, which offers a laddered progression route. This particular course focuses on art and media, while there are a variety of other courses that consider other life skills.

The courses we offer help students develop a sense of independence and nurture their personal development, as they add more and more skills they need in day-to-day life. This course provides a progression route to some of the Level 2 Art and Media courses at the College.
