Autocare Technician Apprenticeship
This Level 2 apprenticeship equips you with the technical expertise required for the role of an Autocare Technician, alongside developing strong telephone, customer service, and sales skills. As an Autocare Technician, you will carry out a variety of services and repairs on cars, car-derived vans, and light goods vehicles within the automotive industry. Your workplace could be a national chain or an independent garage.
This role demands a unique blend of technical know-how, retail awareness, and excellent customer service. You will use a range of tools, including measuring and diagnostic equipment, to identify and repair straightforward system faults.
