South Devon College is delighted to be able to offer a unique and unbeatable membership allowing full use of our gym and exercise classes. Full membership gives you unlimited access to timetabled fitness classes.

Student membership £7.50 per month
Staff membership £10.00 per month
Public membership £12.50 per month

All memberships include use of the gym and access to classes. Members are entitled to a 10% discount at Inspirations Salon.

Develop your knowledge and skills through our 5 hour FREE workshops

  1. Fundamentals of Stability Training: this workshop will develop knowledge and understanding of effective core strength and toning exercises. You will learn how to use a range of techniques to develop a strong body and improve posture using body weight, stability balls, fitness bands and paper plates – [email protected]
  2. Fundamentals of Yoga Stretch: learn a range of functional stretches to develop flexibility and improve your posture and mindful movement. This workshop will benefit you by developing muscle length and flexibility, increasing the range of movement at your joints, and improving your body awareness and mindfulness of movement – [email protected]
  3. Introduction to the Foam Roller: put the ‘roll’ into your workouts with this fun workshop. You will learn how to use the foam roller to improve balance, flexibility and stabilisation of joints, and release tension from your main trigger points – [email protected]
