Colleges new training facility in Newton Abbot
SOUTH DEVON COLLEGE have expanded their Newton Abbot based South Devon Skills Academy at Pearl Assurance House with a new hairdressing and beauty therapy section.
The current provision at Pearl Assurance House, in Newton Abbot town centre, focuses on educational programmes designed to give young people not in education, employment or training (NEETs)

SOUTH DEVON COLLEGE art, textiles, performing arts, music, and hair & beauty students put on a special performance to 20,000 people at the Devon carnival procession in Exeter for the Olympic torch relay.

PUBLIC SERVICES STUDENTS at South Devon College have had a “once in a lifetime experience” – helping marshal the longest ‘on foot’ Olympic Torch Run in the South West and also the Radio 1’s Start of the Summer Festival on Paignton Green.
