Courses

Our extensive curriculum offer allows you to add high quality accredited courses to a student’s individual learning pathway, meeting the needs of those young people who want a specialised industry route alongside their GCSE’s. We also cater for those students who need to re-engage with learning through a combination of vocational activities and wrap around social development and support.

Work experience and tasters

We offer a wide range of places for Key Stage 4 and 5 students released from school for a work experience week. Places are available at several locations for varying lengths of time. Contact us with your requirements and we will see if we can help. We can then liaise direct with the school link to organise the paperwork.

Some students may be unsure about their options for Key Stage 5 and need more support to help them make the right choice. We can provide students with a taster day to find out more about College life and the courses they are considering.

Transitions support

We can offer additional support for those young people who find transition from school to college a challenge. We run liaison visits and activity weeks to help make their experience run as smoothly as possible.

IAG

We regularly attend schools events from Year 9 options to Year 12/13 Higher Education Fairs and can offer professional impartial advice to young people, parents and schools staff on the range of courses available at the College and future careers. We can tailor our role to fit your individual school needs, from assembly talks to hands on workshops and taster sessions.
