Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is the yoga of awareness. This distinctive yoga practice is a complete science that uses breath (pranayam), yoga postures (asanas), sound, mantra and meditation. Each week you will experience a different kriya (set of postures) which will work on balancing specific areas of the mind and body. It is suitable for all. You do not need to be flexible to experience benefits after your very first class. Practised regularly, this yoga can rejuvenate and revitalise.
Through the regular practice of Kundalini Yoga, a greater awareness of self will be achieved through the guided practice of specific breathing methods, postures and meditation.
Prior knowledge is not required, but a keen desire to work on one's own to achieve more balance and contentment is strongly recommended.

We can also support you with a Learner Support Fund, which can assist with costs including childcare, college meals, exam fees and course materials. The amount of funding you can receive depends on your personal circumstances, and you could be entitled to free tuition if you're studying a Level 2 course. In the event that you do have to pay a course fee, this can be managed in an affordable way through our direct debit scheme, with monthly payments starting at just £25.

Find out more about the funding you could receive, here.
