The all new Apprenticeships, Careers and Training (ACT) Drop In Advice Centre in the heart of Newton Abbot.
Anyone can drop in and meet with friendly staff to find out about our range of courses for all ages, both at the College main campus and at our new Newton Abbot Campus and get free and impartial advice guidance.

Monday to Thursday - 9.00am - 5.00pm
Friday - 9.00am - 4.30pm.
Saturday - 10.00am - 12.30pm & 1.00pm - 4.30pm

Automotive & Motorcycle Maintenance Skills Centre

The automotive centre at Bradley Lane is an extremely technologically advanced training facility, providing an extensive range of practical skills and knowledge learning programmes for full and part time students of all ages. The centre boasts two modern equipped Light Vehicle and Motorcycle workshops, an Automotive Diagnostic Laboratory and purpose built interactive classrooms. The courses are shaped by the needs of the motor industry and are both challenging and rewarding to each individual student.

Construction Skills Centre

The Construction facilities at Bradley Lane include purpose built workshops for Plastering, Painting and Decorating, Carpentry and Brickwork. Each workshop is equipped with industry standard resources and staffed by time served vocational experts who are passionate about teaching and learning and their subject area. The courses are fun and challenging and will develop your practical skills and knowledge preparing you for the world of work in your chosen subject area or progression to higher level qualifications.

Hair & Beauty Skills Academy

The new hairdressing and beauty therapy provision has seen half of Pearl Assurance House’s first floor transformed into one hairdressing and one beauty therapy training salon, complete with teaching rooms, and IT facilities.
Courses taught at the facility include Hairdressing Levels 1 & 2 and Beauty Therapy Levels 1 & 2, in full-time, part-time and evening course formats.
