Charlotte Power boldly opened her stylish Floc hairdressing salon in Kingsbridge’s Fore Street just over two years ago – at the start of the recession. Her belief in the move has been borne out by its continuing success.
She is also in no doubt about the part being played by her two South Devon College Hairdressing apprentices, Amie Parker, 18, from Moreleigh, and Laura Williams, 18, of Kingsbridge.
