At a glittering award ceremony held at Old Billingsgate in London, Debi Smithson and Marie Hubbard received their STAR awards on November 26th 2009.

A group of Brixham College teaching assistants (TA) have been allowed time within their work schedules to upgrade their own numeracy skills so they can be more effective in the classroom when helping pupils.

Art at Kents Cavern

Thanks to funding from the Learning Revolution 12 people were able to visit Kents Cavern to use watercolour and acrylic paints to capture the beauty of the caves. The View from My Beach Hut at Shoalstone

Jenny Harriman, the Head of ACL, has created a sculpture from unwanted materials to enhance the coastline at Teignmouth this summer as part of the TRAIL. It is a beach hut based on her summer beach hut at Shoalstone Pool. It is now installed near the lighthouse at Teignmouth.
Helped by Paul Richards who created the waste whilst building her new kitchen, she has made a replica beach hut with the
