Please Note
Absence letters are sent home to the parents and guardians of all full time learners between 16 and 18 on the day after an absence is recorded. These letters outline the time and date of the lesson(s) missed and indicate whether a phone call was received by the Absence Line for this period. Therefore letters are sent regardless of whether we have been notified to ensure parents and guardians are informed of every absence.
